The U.S is about the only Western power to have maintained the National Defense infrastructure to replace and rearm its ammunition stockpiles in a reasonable amount of time in comparison to Western European powers.

A few months to a couple years depending on specific items in question. In comparison to several year estimates or longer for Europe
