How Tucker Is Proving The Jan 6th Committee Are Lying. This Should Be Automatic Arrests of Them for Treason, as They Lied Under Oath and Recorded It!
🚔 Crime & Democrats 💸
Tucker on an exclusive with Glenn Beck today, someone posted on Truth, off GWP. This should clearly give the US Marshals the ability to automatically arrest the Jan 6th committee, charge them with Treason, and free all the Jan 6th prisoners! Tucker details to Glenn how his they learned how and what they lied about on Jan. 6th. And theses idiots lied and recorded the lie under oath, never erasing or deleting what they watched! Why?! Because they never thought they’d get caught.
I hate to state the obvious, but it seems I must. Am I the only one that sees the real problem here and why no one is being held accountable for their treason? It's the Constitution Dummy! It's true that we have been lied to about everything (literally everything!) for the last 100+ years of our history. The Civil War was a lie, both World Wars were lies, Vietnam, 9/11, Oklahoma, Covid...and on an on. So it doesn't surprise me in the least that we have also been lied to about what really took place in 1786-87 when our current Constitution was ratified.
I believe the Constitutional Convention of that time was a Freemason/Illuminati coup to get us out of the Articles of Confederation and into what Patrick Henry said was a Constitution that was nothing more than "Masked Aristocracy!"
And here we are now...living exactly what Patrick Henry and all the other Anti-Federalist predicted to a tee.
I'm not saying we need to scrap the Constitution, but I am saying we need to understand that it's not exactly what it's been portrayed as for the last 200+ years. Truth is very difficult to accept sometimes, but unless we have a clear understanding what we are up against we cannot hope to overcome the seductive and very intelligent evil we are up against.
Our Constitution has major flaws...the first being it gave WAY too much power to the Executive branch and the fact that it was designed to give us a Federal behemoth! The reason the demoncraps have so much power is that they (through our Constitution and it's glaring flaws) have complete control over the FBI, CIA, DOJ, etc,, etc. This is why no one is being held accountable and they were able to get away (so far) with the Jan 6th horror show! Think about it, we actually have American citizens being held illegally against their will in the US! No charges, no due process, not phone call, no attorney representation for the most part and no TRIAL! How can that happen if our Constitution was really as good as we think it is.
One amendment that immediately needs to be made to the Constitution is that if any person who takes the Oath to Support and Defend the Constitution of the United States (that means all Law Enforcement, Military Personnel, and Public Servants) and then is found to break that Oath in ANY WAY, they are immediately executed! They are charged, trialed, and if found guilty...executed within 24 hours. No appeal...nothing!
There are many other changes that need made as well...but this is already too long and my blood pressure is already high!
You are too hysterical. The people who are being charged in connection with January 6th have been held on the authority of the Congress, not the Executive, so you are in a panic over the wrong body---in this case. Plenty of corruption all around, and needs to be dealt with. "Immediate execution"? Not when being arrested, charged, arraigned, tried, and judged can take whatever time it takes. If there are appeals possible, they must be respected. You can't preserve and protect the Constitution by short-cutting it.
I stand by my previous language fren. You are not hysterical enough and freedom isn't important enough to you apparently. I do believe in due process of law, but it must be swift and final in this case...do you understand the premise of speedy trial? Apparently not. Especially in the case of treason against our Constitution which could affect the very lives of so many people...indeed all people in our fair nation. It's legislation and rhetoric not upheld by our Constitution that's directly led to the place where we are now...slaves in our own land...a land that our forefathers died to give us! It should take a long, drawn out trial to determine if something is Un-Constitutional and appeals in this case would just work to give the traitor more time to weasel their way out of the verdict. This isn't like murder. Treason against the Constitution is black and white, cut and dry...and I don't know how you figure abiding by the Constitution and giving due process...i.e. a fair trial is short-cutting it?
By implication you admit you are hysterical (what I said), and hysteria is no good thing when it comes to doing the right thing. You believe in due process of law...which is open-ended when it comes to timeline because of procedural protections. I can only construe your insistence on "swift and final" as a lust for lynching. You jump to the conclusion that the crime is "treason," when it may not be (and there is no good reason to think it is, since it is not defined in the Constitution as you are insisting it is). Don't lecture me about what my forefathers fought for. I happen to have forefathers, and they go back 400 years, so peddle that sentiment elsewhere.
You aren't interested in correction or justice. You just want heads to roll, for your own hysterical satisfaction. You are NOT part of the solution.
It's very interesting that whenever someone (like myself), displays a strong emotion with regard to something or comes off as radical, there is always the poor, spineless tool out there who tries to side track the issue by applying a negative term or word to that person and adds zero to the discussion. And here you are...a classic example of said tool.
Yes...I will agree...I am "hysterical" for my country, for the future of my grand children and for freedom. Yes, I do have very strong feelings against those who would go against their sworn Oath to move my grandchildren one step closer to slavery. They treat our Constitution like just so much toilet paper to be used for their nasty purposes and then discarded whenever they are done...and our current Constitution allows them to get away with it because...as you stated yourself...treason isn't defined in the Constitution. However, it is defined in the Oath they took as long as the Oath is taken seriously...which it is not! And herein lies the problem.
I cannot think of a worse crime to commit against our country that to actively try and circumvent the Constitution and Bill of Rights. You may believe that this activity is a gray area, but it is not. Legislation is either pro Constitution and works to strengthen or clarify it or it does the opposite. A perfect example of this is the Second Amendment. It says pretty clearly to the rational, just and truthful mind that there shall be no legislation passed that serves to infringe upon a persons right to keep and bear arms. And yet...many of our elected officials have abrogated their Oath to uphold the Second Amendment to our Constitution which has served to facilitate the murder of untold millions of defenseless American citizens. And that's just one example...I could literally write a book on this.
To end this conversation with you, I would like to point out that had it not been for my so called, "hysteria" you probably wouldn't have bothered responding and thus I wouldn't have been able to share with you my thoughts. You may disagree with me, but you cannot unsee what you have read...I guess my "hysteria" accomplished what it was intended to...Thank you very much!
