Where was his personal trip? Does anyone know? Was he alone?

If he's not actually sick with a cold or flu, maybe this is a cover for him getting some cosmetic surgery.

He might have had undereye bag removal or CO2 laser face peel and needs more time for recovery.

He wants to look his best when he runs in 2024, don'tcha know. Just like Biden did.
