I think OP misunderstood Larry Elder's words.

Elder, who is black, is deriding the gibsmedat culture that pervades most black people, because they still claim it's never enough--and it never WILL be enough.

Larry Elder is a patriot. I don't think he knows much about Q, but he is NOT an enemy.
