I agree and have been doing this^ even got a 500 dividend for a small mortgage & they're SO much nicer than a bank. It also showed me a lot about people/one of my family members couldn't understand 'why' I would want to leave, they took the bank's side. Needless to say, we won't be doing a lot of future transactions together, on totally different wavelengths I guess🤷‍♀️
