I think that was just a joke meme, or intentional misdirection.

You know, typical "muddy the waters" tactics.

Example: "Oh, you think elections are less than secure? You must also believe that Jewish Space Lasers are targeting Bigfoot, right?"

"Oh, you think Hillary was replaced? Yeah, and JFK Jr. is driving the van".
