AND THERE IT IS. Matt Gaetz said come Monday morning that SVB would want the House of Reps to bail them out. And that they would come up with reasons to make the public nervous as to allow them the bail out money. Matt Gaetz said, "It's not going to happen.' We're already in debt and these rich people did it to themselves by making bad decisions. Never Again.
Burchett speaks his mind so you never guess what he means. He got a reputation for being practical no matter how it looked in the press. He introduced a bill as a TN State representative that would allow you to keep roadkill. Everyone thought it was hilarious until a deer jumps in front of your car. That insurance deductible is easier to swallow with a little venison. When he was Mayor, he banned registered sex offenders from public libraries. The media leftists accused him denying these citizens their right to use the internet at tax payer funded facilities. He simply brushed them off by saying, "the perverts can go surf porn at a friends house.". These are the people we need to replace McConnell, Cheney, Romney, etc. Do what's right and forget what people will say. You will never satisfy the left by complying with their ideas.
Yes indeed, Burchett is definitely one of us. I recall being at a local gun show about a year ago, and lo and behold, right next to me was Burchett at the same table I was, examining a nice 1911 .45. We chatted briefly and I got a selfie with him... don't know if he bought the 1911 or not, but we both moved on after that.
The fact is that Dodd Frank Act made bail ins legal. Remember Greece’s collapse. The government simply took depositor’s money. The FDIC doesn’t have enough reserves to pay out all depositors.
Yes he did. I have to catch Bannon between yelps and screams from a 2 and 4 year old playing or wanting something. But I get the majority of it when I watch Charlie Kirk repeat what I missed on Bannon.
ROKU is a publicly traded company. If you have any tech stocks in your 401K good chance you're exposed. No one knows how many legit companies kept some/all of their operating funds at SVB. That means the express elevator goes all the way to the sub-basement where the little people and their 401Ks are.
This is why this is happening now, and not pre-Midterms. When they had the House, they would've been bailed them out in a heartbeat. That likely won't be possible with a Republican House. We have reached a new marker and entered a new phase.

Glad to hear that. I'm pretty sure my own representative (Burchett, R-TN) will have the same attitude toward SVB. NO MORE BAILOUTS.
Oh yes. I love Burchett. Well you know I'm from Kentucky so Comer and Massie won't stand for it either.

The Bush bailout cost us dearly. Many people lost jobs, homes, and careers.
By depositing funds in a bank?

They deposited at a bank that was over leveraged. That pretty much includes all of Wall Street.
I meant, Rich Bankers did it to the banks by making wrong decisions. I simply wrote it wrong. Sorry.
