(TBH I don't know how Biden plays into this, he is either part of the DS or a WH puppet)

Biden is a replacement person, he's just not the same guy as he was when he was VP. Since he is super gaffe-prone and appears incompetent, he is seriously undermining the cabal. Would the cabal really replace their man with this professional slapstick?

I conclude that he is an actor and white hat asset, is not truly the president and does not have dementia.

There is high quality acting here. I am reminded of the great Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau.
