I guess you missed the recent numbers that came out of Illinois and Maryland, where damn near NO schools had a student test at grade level in math. The inner city schools are a freaking disaster. And opportunities to go to college? Sure, if they test well enough to get in. Granted the standards are lower now, but not THAT low.
"They", being the establishment in DC. They would rather abort black children than educate them properly. It's damn disgusting.
And yes, they have opportunities, but most of them aren't taught how to take advantage of them. Far too many of them don't have a father at home to instill discipline. Again, that was incentivized by the government. It has all been by design.
