Whistleblower alleges corruption within (at the top of) the state police. Corruption includes sex crimes, trafficking, conspiracy. Whistleblower arrested by state police on trumped-up charges the night before scheduled to testify and present evidence. Now state police are being investigated by DHS, with head honcho and all senior staff having cell phones and similar stuff confiscated. Looks serious.
