You need to wear a mask and stay six feet apart even if you have no symptoms. But when you sit down in a restaurant you can take your mask off. Also here's a vaccine but it only suppresses symptoms of a virus that can have no symptoms. So even though you're vaccinated and have no symptoms you can still spread it. But you need the vaccine to do anything, even though the vaccine doesn't do anything. Also you might get sick anyway and die but think of how much worse it could be.
