What's weird is that the powerful atmospheric rivers apparently are not strong enough to make it over the Sierras. Yesterday we had severe wind warnings and flood advisories on tap for today but they removed them over night. We've had wind and rain today but nothing remarkable. And the forecast is for sun tomorrow <shrug>
