TLDR version: The dems and cabal fabricated a crisis to ram through the certification of Gropey Joe. An "emergency" meant Pelosi (speaker of house) could suspend all debate and motions on the certification. Presumably because they didn't want too many questions being asked, objections being raised, etc. It also gives Pence "cover" because under emergency rules he technically can't kick the results back to the states or call for any type of audit.
