Why are they so fixated about sending people to Russia? Wouldn't be the Russia, Russia, Russia madness by any chance?

Actually- Russia doesn’t sound like such a bad place to be right now. They don’t care about the LGBT movement, and they’re not putting down there on churches. It’s not quite a threat is it.
I have a long time friend of 25 years that lives in Moscow. As for living in Russia, its not a very nice place. Imagine 1800 wild west rules of corruption and the poor, which is a larger block of people than should be for the country, have very low standard quality if life. A vehicle of nearly any kind costs 7 times what the exact make and model is, in the US for instance. This is a perspective of a, if you will, daughter of a oligarch Paris Hilton of Moscow.
