I prefer the Weaver. The modified isosceles is fine for target shooting, but the weaver is more balanced, and better for me for training combat shooting.
NOTE: Make sure you grip the pistol the right way so that the palm of your dominate hand is over the palm of the gun hand...that way, the weapon WILL NOT MOVE IN YOUR HANDS...
Look at Navy Seals Videos...THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION...THAT IS ALL!!!
Have practiced and it is well worth mentioning to people who carry...The reason for that hand-hold is 2 fold...1) you have sights on target faster AND 2nd) the gun will NEVER COME OUT OF YOUR HANDS!!!
Good Luck...Don't forget to practice the DRY draw and holding on target...be surprised you response times will go down quicker...
Walther P22Q. It'll be a very fun plinker, but not exactly what I would be carrying for personal defense. It was a pleasant surprise to see it had a threaded barrel.
That’s how you consistently hit targets at 25 yards. Imho unless you’re being fired upon unprovoked, and you can prove it, you’re going to have trouble justifying use of deadly force against someone not in a position to threaten your safety by being 75 feet away. Stopping a berserker in public would be enough though, so nevermind. It happens, and I’m proud of anyone who could do that. It’s a miracle if they do.
Still, shooting someone, anyone, anytime, anywhere will result in those with the monopoly on force persecuting you mercilessly. (Even if they’d have done the same thing) Life, as you’d known it will be over. Ask Kyle.
Endorsed. A wheel gun in each hand point shooting is how I learned. (Texas) Small caliber, with moving targets. It’s just a knack anyone could pick up with practice.
My stance on gun control.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Fine for paper targets. But I like a weaver stance.

Just picked me up a Q gun this week.

or George Zimmerman
The white hispanic.
Extremely hard to do unless the target is not moving. Better option is the Mozambique (2 to the chest, assess, 1 to the head)
If they banned stupidity they wouldn’t have to try and ban guns. Simple
Not a fan,I like the old one handed dueling stance or gunfighters stance.
Not getting shot,is the most important part of a gun fight.
two hands is better for follow up/ multiple targets
Turning sideways is a better way to not get shot.
And I have the arm and hand strength to shoot very well one handed.....
Do what you think is best.
