The keyword is “trigger” It is what comes after.

Yeah, I thought of that too. It could “trigger” the reveal of devolution and the fact the Trump is the real CIC.

There are so many different ways to interpret, eh? So it could be that the arrest isn't what triggers the awakening but the events that come after it. I personally believe that the more offensive the deep state gets, the more the plan is put in motion. They've been backed into a corner and have to fight, but that's what brings it all down.
