OMG!!!

I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE how we are all soo much into the whole ""Your read it for me, and then tell me what it says, but summarize it, and make it short for my PEA BRAIN....

It has a Qualifying Clause to it, ""consistent with my constitutional authority to protect against the disclosure of information that would harm national security""....

So whatever all that shit means....

To me it says he only signed it with the purpose of looking like he's doing the right thing, and not like the Chinky Agent he actually is....
