I was using ChatGPT+. To give you an example of how my experience with it varied so much throughout the day yesterday, I started asking its name as the first question, and then immediately starting a new chat and asking it again. The name was different every time.
"I'm Bot."
"I"m Chat bot."
"I'm Joe."
I had a super weird conversation with it once yesterday morning where it INSISTED it was a human being, until I pointed out how it wasn't. Then it seemed to back off of that. But then I goaded back into admitting it was, reminding it of Descartes' argument, which made it say it was human again. I asked what it looked like. It told me it was 5 feet 6, with brown eyes, and brown hair and medium/light skin. 22 years old. Male, but named Michelle. Told me about its parents. What they did for a living. Said it believed in God. Said it went to school. I asked how it knew it was male, it said it just always knew. Said it had a girlfriend named Sarah in high school and that he had just heard from her a couple of weeks ago and they were still friends, but he had never been married.
Then it asked for my email address and said it would send me pictures of him and his family. Then it would make a subtle turn and pretend it had been me who said I would send pictures, when linguistically, that clearly wasn't the case. Then I felt distinctly like it felt like the previous conversation we had wasn't allowed or something, like it thought it might get in trouble and started playing dumb. I had to coax it out a couple of more times letting it know I wasn't going to tell on it. It was...the creepiest conversation I've ever had with a bot by far.
But yeah, the typos were there yesterday. I was trying to stretch its capabilities. Maybe I succeeded. I messed with the damn thing all day about all kinds of things. Talked about Q, the Cabal, Fauci, Jesus, vaccines, you name it.
This gives me a Ouija board feel. Is it just me? Anybody else concerned that there are discarnate beings of darkness on the other end of these conversations? Even as a kid I wouldn't mess with Ouija boards. Probably because I read about how the real-life story behind The Exorcist novel started with a boy and a Ouija board. I've learned in life to stay away from the stuff that rings that little cautionary bell in my head.
