That's not how it actually works.

And there is a difference between legitimate and legal. He may be illegitimate, but still also the legal president.

There is a LOT of speculation around Biden, his legal status, devo, etc, but that's all it is. We don't actually know, and the pretend otherwise is to throw out Q's admonition about using "freedom of thought".
