Edit: nevermind I didn't check if that Trump tower had a helipad. It doesn't so this is not applicable.

Realistically, he could have someone fetch whatever he needed.

President Trump will parachute into Manhattan from 5,000 feet. He will then scale Trump Tower using suction cups. He will depart from his penthouse using a back-pack jet.

Alvin Bragg will be left shaking his fat fist at POTUS like an angry street vendor with an overturned fruit cart.
