I will stand behind eHarmony when it comes to finding a partner on a dating app. Reasons being: 1) it’s not cheap, hundreds of dollars to sign up , weeds out the less than serious people 2) extensive questionnaire to start, if you’re honest with yourself and who you are and what you want/don’t want the algorithm works very well 3) all matches are listed showing where you are comparable on different metrics so even with those matched you can see who you match with the most you can gauge what’s most enticing 4) on your very first date you already somewhat know you are on the same page with religion, politics, children, family, relationship norms, etc.
My brother's wife runs an aesthetician company and they started pelleting low testosterone males. Usually she just sends me in for a free massage knowing I'll ask her new girl for a happy ending and everyone gets a laugh later on depending on the reaction. Anyway according to them I scored around 500 on the scale... apparently men usually only score in the low hundred? Seams ridiculous to me but they said that I was the only male to exceed everyone besides one guy on steroids.
Apparently you only have to chop firewood build stuff to be a "real man" these days. I think their little scheme is a joke but they said I'm not in need of testosterone pellets🤣. I think they might be on to something though, they've actually manned up a few little soy boys but it's a shame they make money artificially making men masculine.
I found my fiancé on eHarmony. One of the metrics is your feminine/masculine score. I picked the one man whose masculinity score was higher than mine. This man once said to me in a disagreement on things “I’m not one of those bi-sexual guys from Boston you used to date! I’m a southern man!” 🤣 He wasn’t wrong and I conceded, this is the type of man I said I wanted, I needed to adjust some previous expectations.
That’s what I need in a man.
