US denies Chinese claim it drove away American destroyer
BANGKOK (AP) — The United States denied Chinese claims Thursday that its military had driven away an American guided-missile destroyer from operating around disputed islands in the South China Sea as tensions rise in the region between the two powers .
I ran it through tineye, just to be sure. It's legit:

Indeed. It checks out in every manner, including other sources:

This strikes me as comms/proof from the good guys as not only "we got this", but that conflict with China, current or future, would be phony.

In this photo provided by the U.S. Navy, the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) steams in the Philippine Sea, on March 13, 2023. The United States denied Chinese claims Thursday, March 23, that its military had driven away an American guided-missile destroyer from operating around disputed islands in the South China Sea, in an incident that comes as tensions in the region between the two powers continue to rise. The U.S. Navy's 7th Fleet said that a statement from China's Southern Theatre Command that it had forced the USS Milius away from waters around the Paracel Islands — called Xisha by China — was “false.”(Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Greg Johnson/U.S. Navy via AP)
I'm doing additional digging that has yielded proof so far that as recently as Mar. 21, 2020, that 23rd SpecOps logo wasn't on the forward gun. I'm excited at the prospect that it wasn't added until after the Fauxnauguration. In a perfect world, it was added on or immediately following the Ghosts in the Machine video release on May 11, 2022, but that's not possible due to images from Nov 2021
Right now, I have it dialed in between Mar. 21, 2020- Nov. 16, 2021.
If I can find a close window, or definitive evidence that it was added AFTER the Fauxnauguration on Jan 21, 2021, or the insurrection of Nov. 3, 2020 then it's game on, IMO.
Thanks for your effort, fren!
