Sounds like an advertisement for a pharmaceutical company. Could go on sale but would be expensive possibly in the millions. CRISPER, messing around with people's DNA, can lead to oops, we made a mistake. This is awesome, until it's not....

This is fascinating in the sense it could help a lot of people born with genetic conditions and predisposed to various diseases and ailments.
The Downside is. We still don’t actually know as much as we pretend to about the body, our minds, or the DNA that makes us up. So the potential for rather dramatic fuck ups and directly or indirectly causing issues worse then the ones they set out to treat is there and not necessarily an insubstantial risk.
I bet they've already been modifying genes in humans the moment they figured out how.
