Magic words "This is a bond action"! I believe they are going against the insurance bonds that the school board is required to carry. There's a number of comments in this thread that reference the "surety bonds". Good move on the part of the citizens.

I just read an article that stated that a citizen wasn't a proper claimant in a similar case? Do you know what happened to the lady who started the whole Surety Bond movement? I can't find her on YT any more.

No I don't. I started following the Surety Bond movement at the time children in our public schools were being required to be masked. After the masking ended I stopped following the movement.
