I started using a lot more butter and ghee, instead of seed oils, largely because of GAW.
Beef tallow, however, has proven far more difficult to find.

Way ahead of you on the olive and coconut oils.
Just remove the olive oil and stick to coconut and avocado, only. Olives are okay. Olive oil, not so much. Have seen this is numerous sources, but none handy to share at this time. Sorry.
Beef tallow can be found at some specialty stores, now. Healthy Butcher being one, but that is here, in Ontario. I agree that it Is difficult to find otherwise.
