The Bible states, "some are taken out from the evil to come and no man layeth it to heart". God, for His own reasons, sometimes takes people before the evil hits, but we don't often understand this in our hearts. I hope I quoted that scripture correctly.....have forgotten the book, chapter and verse. May God comfort your heart. You are loved.
