That's when the cabal started to irreversibly lose power and likely when Q "got it all".

Here is a newer source from 2018 that explained what happened in 2012 and predicted the shitshow we've been in for the past three years. Notice how he dismisses Q and thinks Trump is on their side - they never saw it coming.
