Stem cells. Did you ever see the South Park episode with Christopher Reeves eating the aborted babies for their stem cells? That is whats happening.

If andrenochrome is used (I believe it is) then thats the drug of choice used for its intoxicating effects and its ritual significance.

Whats giving them unnaturally youthful appearance and long life is primarily the stem cells. This is why (see also replacement parts) they push so hard for abortion. Fetal stem cells are particularly effective.

If adrenochrome adds any benefit to delaying the aging process, and Im not discounting the possibility, I believe its secondary to the stem cells.
