These degenerate fruit loops are caught in an insane delusion about who they are "becoming" which is all fun and games until the reality sets in that their "becoming" is a lie, a way for the evil medical profession to carry out bizarre disfiguring extreme surgery on them and for Big Pharma to sell poisons in the form of hormone cocktails to them. They are all reminiscent of Ralph Fiennes in Red Dragon, the fruit loops also want us to validate their delusion no matter how violent the cost is to society
