Really it’s Portland, not necessarily the whole state of Oregon. Most of Oregon is conservative but the 2 counties that include Portland have enough votes to run the whole state politically. Maricopa county in Arizona is a similar example of a very large liberal county that runs the whole state.
I agree with the fraud but outside Portland, Eugene and Bend Oregon is conservative. They slipped in the mail voting as being more convenient for people but it just solidified their liberal hold.

No they don’t. Oregon has universal mail in voting like Washington. Massive fraud there.
