Umm I had to go and look up this reference. What in the actual fuck? You are absolutely correct PepeSee, any grown man who is obsessed with MLP is by defintion sick.
I found this article on the Indianapolis shooter from 2021 in the DailyMail.
Known as 'Bronies' -- a mashup of 'bro' and 'ponies' -- the subculture of adult men obsessed with the kid's show 'has displayed elements of far-right and white nationalist extremism,' the memo said, but added that Hole's postings showed no clear indication those were motivations in the shooting.
Read that again. Men obsessed with the kids show has displayed elements of far-right and white nationalist extremism.
The projection is just too fucking hilarious to be real. But it is.
I was fucking sick and tired of what had become of American animation.
I sat idly by and saw sick and twisted shows like Seth MacFarlane's work and a then-running show called Brickleberry, kept asking myself why those were so fucking popular despite being nothing but shock value and cutaway gags instead of actual interesting characters and stories.
So, with MLPFIM in its second season at the time, I gave it a shot, just to see what the big deal was.

And I loved it.
I'm an adult woman and I have NEVER seen an episode of my little pony.
Now I know I don't want to.
I think my daughter may have had a doll or two when she was tiny but that's the extent of our exposure.
