You have to give them the serial number on the gun and your address so they can mail the rebate. The Federal government has been building an illegal database for years from the forms we fill out at FFL dealers to purchase guns, so it doesn't really matter anyway. I trust a private firearm company with my data more than I trust the Federal government.
They have all the information they need from the 4473 forms and the credit card companies. If for some reason that wasn't enough, they would force the company that sold it to you or the FFL that completed the transaction to go bankrupt or lose their FFL license, which would then by law require that entity to surrender its "Bound Book" with all the details of all transactions to the AFT. Yes, that is one of the key reasons why they are persecuting the FFLs so much now. To get those Bound Books.
Yeah, that is a Keltec sub2000. They make them in 9MM and 40S&W.
Keltec happens to have a $100 rebate on these for the next couple months. I just picked one up in 40S&W.
Bless your heart!
You'll probably have to register it for the rebate though
