Interesting. I like the line "Sometimes allowing your enemies to [openly] attack.... The good guys have something up their sleeves and it just might turn into more than what the left is expecting. When Trump goes to his arraignment can he present some facts that are not germaine to this case?
Not really - his arraignment will be for them to discuss the terms of his release pending trial; the judge will essentially release him of his own recognizance without any issues of posing a bond and that will be it. The time to argue legal and factual issues will come later.
