Help me understand why a post about someone being up one night half a decade ago is relevant to today, even if the date were the same?

What rational basis exists for the assumption the writer was not referring to...a night five years ago?

There are years of lag time between posts and events called deltas. Q couldn't tell the truth on dates because they were constantly confounding the cabal with head fakes so they would expend ammo unnecessarily. Part of the plan.
