Anyone that would watch that type of thing is sick and should be removed from society let alone download it. Free or not these people are sick and they want to pass their sickness throughout our nation. No quarter!

How do you know they downloaded it knowingly?

If I were a Fed and wanted to get rid of someone, it would be easy to plant it on the person's computer, then turn them in for something I did.

How do you prove you didn't do it?

Especially if you aren't very tech savvy?
