No, cooking it definitely won’t remove that technology. It changes the DNA of the actual animal/human/plant because of the mRNA.

I am not sure you are correct and no one offers actual evidence of heat destroying or not destroying spike proteins specifically. This require a dig I do not know how to do.

Do not forget about the lipid nanoparticles. I am not sure what heat does to them, but one of the ingredients has a way to get into the ovaries, but not a way to exit them.
