I had a similar experience where I was sick in January of 2019- started taking Zinc, vitamin D and Quercetin and haven’t been sick since- even annual allergy attacks have stopped. Never sick, never tested. No one in my home is vaxed so can’t speak to shedding…never heard of it til C19
