I agree that in the U.S. the "Law" assumes innocents, prosecution has to prove guilt, but under the circumstance that a Trump hating judge will handle the case in a court that selects a D.C. style liberal jury, this is not necessarily true. The evidence/truth has very little to do with guilty or innocents.

This is the one concern I have , if I have any concerns.
The Durham trial really showed clearly that evidence and truth play a very small role when the Swamp is in Session.
