So every time anyone says something that Q said it's a call out to Q? This is a very common phrase for leaders to use.

From memory, if it serves me well, the phrase politicians use = "we STAND with".

Ideal such a phrase, as it can mean quite a lot and has nothing to do with being. Are on the other hand does.
