Things are starting to be like having a murderer, rapist, and criminal going wild and living boldly in a neighborhood where nobody is doing anything to stop him. People either ignore him or just allow him to continue. As for me, I will no longer allow him to roam my neighborhood and openly break our laws. If law enforcement no longer arrest criminals and in-turn allow them to operate openly then it is left up to the inhabitants of the neighborhood to step in and stop him.

Any better suggestions?
