I have two bones to pick with his language.

"...that this should become a part of the standard political tool kit..." I have news for Mr. Khardori---it has ALREADY become a part of the standard political tool kit. (Voila, cela!)
Trump does not "generate strange and unique situations." The people who hate him generate these situations.

These lapses of intellectual precision do not speak well for Mr. Khadori's stature as a former federal prosecutor.
