So if President Trump is arrested tomorrow I read that a DNA sample will be taken? Am I correct that secret service won’t allow this? If it is allowed what’s the betting that the BS r*pe allegation made by E Jean Carroll will suddenly be bolstered by a “decades old” supposed dna sample that she’s alleged she has on a dress? If they are allowed to get president trumps dna they could fit him up for all kinds of allegations

No. DNA isn't collected upon an arrest. That's often required to be provided after a felony conviction and in certain states some specific misdemeanors.
I was wondering because in the UK it’s taken when you are arrested - no choice in the matter and even if you’re subsequently released with no charges the sample remains. There have been court cases ruling the police have to destroy it but I don’t think they do and there doesn’t seem to be any way to ensure that they actually do. I did see chatter in the press about a DNA sample being taken from GEOTUS which is what made me think it was a means to manufacture evidence for this E Jean Carroll BS claim
