I remembered it being called "The London Eye". It went up in 2000 - 10 years after I lived in the UK, but I was still traveling there at least a couple times a year. People hated that thing to the point that some called it the London Eyesore. Maybe that's why more people call it the Millennium Wheel now.

Hmm. As ferris wheels go, I think it's pretty cool, but maybe not in my neighborhood. Anyway, this was a great night photo and a perfect Q.
