LOL on the article for sure. The Bee is the best. But on a serious note, let's be honest. Chicago hasn't "elected" anyone in a very, very long time. I'd guess 50+ years. The art of election rigging and voter fraud that is now widespread throughout the country was perfected in Chitown many years ago.
