Not necessarily. In a world where justice still existed in the courtrooms, yes, but in the courts today? I am not so sure.
I remember this incident very clearly. That ex-bLM idiot did an interview earlier in the night and was basically taunting anyone to show up and challenge the protesters. When the Uber driver had to stop because of the BLM protestors, they swarmed his car and starting beating on it. Foster clearly (in the video) raised his weapon at the ready and pointed it at Perry to intimidate him. Perry, a soldier, who is trained to handle weapons and knows about threat escalation, could only assume he was about to be assaulted, drew his weapon and fired defensively to eliminate the threat, which he did. How in the f@ck did this jury in Texas come up with a murder charge?!
