Also, to reduce histamine reactions there is a homeopathic histamine...it is available at Vitamin Shoppe or probably online. You could probably use a 30X or 30C or 200X or 200C remedy. Just take a pellet under the tongue in a clean mouth with no strong smells...fifteen minutes before or after eating anything. All allergic reactions have histamine as their main component. My reaction to a histamine release is usually itching...but it could be a rash. I am allergic to the sun believe it or not.
You may want to check your vitamin D levels and make sure you are in the 50-60 ng/mL range. I take 10,000 IU's per day along with a Super K from Life Extension and that has immensely helped with my sun allergy. I started out about 26ng/mL and now am up to about 60ng/mL. You can determine your vitamin d level through a blood test....like when you get yearly blood work...should be covered by insurance. If your D is low you will feel so much better when you get it in a proper range. I think you might find a lot of improvement in your situation. I wonder if IVM had anything to do with this reaction you had.
