That sounds unconstitutional to me. Anyone that takes and action which is found grossly unconstitutional should have some other penalty besides losing case. They should have to pay attorney fees, and some amount that goes into a fund for teaching kids about the constitution. There has got to be some way to keep leftist from simply throwing something up against the courts to see if it sticks.
