"Don't judge" is too far often misused and abused. People will say this in order to allow evil like trans and sodomy to flourish. But in this particular situation, the maxim holds, we really don't know the state of a person's soul before God and in those situations we are not to judge.

However, my intent was not to pronounce judgment but to note that the reality is that someone struck down while directly blaspheming like this is in a most unfortunate situation. Absolutely true that I don't know the full story, and extra absolutely true that I am not this man's judge, but according to the understanding of the Orthodox Church, and many revelations, he is in grave danger, and I pray that none of us die in such a circumstance! E.g. in Acts 5:
It is not up to you to violate someone’s free will. You are given tools and based on what you do with them will yield your karma. Evil in the world is nothing more than a catalyst to give you the opportunity to see evil, recognize it, and not act on it, but rather be able to contain it within you, and help by being of good service to others, and in turn contribute to the greater good of human advancement.
