Im with you Ian. This shit stinks something awful.

I wouldn't be surprised if the entire thing is a PR stunt for Beshear to say "I told ya so..." regarding the recent KY Senate overriding his veto concerning LBTBBQ420+ Exectutive Order to push this bull shit on minors.
