Most interesting because I was doing some work a few weeks ago on a paper and the target date to end everything was supposed to he in May. The reason for now is "Congress forced his hand". (Yeah, sure.) And the 10th was Easter Monday.

Technically Joe Biden's target date is during Easter because the Roman Catholic Church's Easter Season lasts through May 27th.
